These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PimpMySaaS website at www.pimpmysaas.com and any related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

PimpMySaaS provides Reddit-first growth and distribution services for B2B SaaS companies. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, order form or written agreement between you and us. In the event of a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of PimpMySaaS or any third party;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.

The website, its content, branding and underlying technology are owned by PimpMySaaS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.

Where you engage us for paid services, fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun.

Our Services involve third-party platforms such as Reddit, search engines and AI assistants. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies or actions. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, citations or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PimpMySaaS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
