PimpMySaaS (“PimpMySaaS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website www.pimpmysaas.com and provides Reddit-first growth services for B2B SaaS companies. We also publish the browser extension PimpMySaaS – Reddit Assistant(the “Extension”) on the Chrome Web Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, through the Extension, and in the course of providing our services.

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact details — name, email address, company and role when you fill in a form, book a call or email us.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring source, approximate location and device information, collected through analytics tools.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us and notes related to our engagement.

The PimpMySaaS – Reddit Assistant Extension is designed to help you find and engage with relevant Reddit conversations. When you use the Extension, it may collect and process:

• Account information — your email address and account identifier if you sign in to connect the Extension to your PimpMySaaS account.
• Website content — the content of Reddit pages you actively view or interact with while using the Extension (such as post titles, post bodies, comments and subreddit names), so the Extension can analyse conversations and suggest replies.
• User activity within the Extension — the keywords you track, subreddits you follow, drafts and replies you create with the Extension, and your Extension settings and preferences.
• Technical data — Extension version, browser type and basic diagnostic information used to keep the Extension working correctly.

The Extension does not collect your browsing history outside of the Reddit pages you use it on, does not log your keystrokes, and does not collect health, financial, payment or authentication credentials for third-party sites.

The data described above is used solely to:

• provide the Extension’s core features — monitoring the keywords and subreddits you choose, surfacing relevant Reddit conversations, and helping you draft replies;
• sync your settings and activity with your PimpMySaaS account;
• authenticate you and secure your account;
• diagnose problems and improve the reliability of the Extension.

We do not use Extension data for advertising, we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the Extension’s single purpose described above.

Your Extension settings and preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome’s extension storage. Data that needs to be synced with your PimpMySaaS account — such as your tracked keywords, saved conversations and drafts — is transmitted to our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised personnel.

We retain Extension data for as long as your account is active. Uninstalling the Extension removes locally stored data. You can request deletion of the data associated with your account at any time by emailing hello@pimpmysaas.com, and we will delete it within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.

We do not sell Extension user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except in the following limited cases:

• Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure and provide error monitoring, who process data only on our instructions and only as needed to operate the Extension;
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation or valid legal process;
• Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs and the Chrome Web Store complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use personal data to:
